The Community for the Conservation Minded

Community administration is through a property owners' association having clearly defined objectives for maintaining the quality of life at Three Creeks.

Comprehensive covenants require custom homes to be properly sited and subject to architectural review and approval. Endorsement of the covenants by virtue of acquiring property assures that the residents will be of similar philosophy. Stewardship of the land at Three Creeks is held in high esteem. The preservation of native plants and trees, creatures and their habitats are protected by the covenants.

Enjoyment of the land is enhanced by a stone and timber cabin overlooking the Lower Falls. Family outings, reading, and fishing for rainbow trout are just a few of the simple pleasures that can be enjoyed there.

Footbridges and connecting trails lead to a mountain overlook or to a spring-fed swimming pond with a shelter. Trails wind through areas hosting a variety of plant and animal life made possible by the diversity of terrain and water resources.

The guiding principles of Three Creeks are the preservation of nature for the enjoyment of the owners, a place to live that is peaceful and secure, and the enhancement of property values.

This was one of my prayers: for a parcel of land not so very large, 

which should have a garden and a spring of ever-flowing water 

near the house, and a bit of woodland as well as these.
